About me
Hey, I’m Mark (aka Marco5dev). I love building products that feel fast, look clean, and actually solve real problems. I’m that engineer who enjoys the details—naming things well, refining UX flows, and shipping code that future‑me won’t hate. If it mixes systems thinking with a bit of design and a lot of pragmatism, I’m in.
I started as a tinkerer, turned into a builder, and now I’m a full‑stack engineer who cares as much about DX and architecture as I do about the little UI moments that make software feel effortless. I’ve shipped apps end‑to‑end with React/Next.js and Node.js, designed clean APIs, tuned databases, and automated delivery so teams can move faster without breaking things.
I like to keep things practical: fewer footguns, more clarity, thoughtful animations where it helps, and strong testing where it matters. I also spend time with developer communities (GDG, IEEE), teaching and mentoring—because good engineering is a team sport.
Outside of code, I’m into typography and micro‑interactions. Inside of code, I’m into performance, clean boundaries, and building the kind of systems I’d happily maintain a year from now.
